Our Guarantee

If you sign up for monthly services with Credit Miracles and do not see:
  • Any questionable negative items removed from your credit report within 120 days, or
  • A combined credit score increase of at least 50 points, You will be entitled to a full refund of the monthly service fees paid during the first 120 days.
This guarantee does not imply that your credit will be fully repaired within this time frame but ensures that you will see progress either through negative item removals or a score increase—or your money back.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the Money-Back Guarantee, you must meet the following conditions:
  • Active Participation for 120 Days
  • You must remain active in the program for at least 120 days.
  • Cancellation or missed payments during this period will void the guarantee.
  • No New Negative Accounts
  • You must not create or cause any new derogatory accounts, such as late payments, collections, or charge-offs, to appear on your credit report after starting the program.
  • Timely Submission of Correspondence
  • You must send all correspondence related to your credit report (e.g., letters from creditors or credit bureaus) to Credit Miracles within seven (7) days of receipt.
  • Timely Payments
  • All payments to Credit Miracles must be made on time and in accordance with the terms of your service agreement.
  • Submission of Identification Documents
  • You must provide proof of identity (e.g., a copy of your driver’s license and Social Security card) within five (5) days of signing the service agreement.
  • Refund Review Period
  • If you request a refund, you must allow Credit Miracles up to ten (10) business days to review your credit reports, audit your account, and verify that no negative items have been removed or that no score increase occurred.
  • Refund Limitations
  • Refunds are limited to the monthly fees paid during the first 120 days of service.
  • For example, if you remain in the program for 180+ days without any changes to your credit, you can request a refund, but it will only cover the fees for the first 120 days.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for the Money-Back Guarantee:
  • Submit your request in writing, detailing your concern.
  • Include supporting documentation, such as credit reports from the start and end of the 120 days.
We will review your case and respond within ten (10) business days.
