Refund Policy

At Credit Miracles Credit Repair, we are passionate about helping individuals repair their credit and achieve financial freedom. While we are committed to delivering exceptional service and client satisfaction, credit repair is a process governed by federal and state laws. By law, we cannot promise, verbally or in writing, any specific outcomes, score increases, or timing of results.
Clients may request a refund if they believe Credit Miracles has not fulfilled the obligations outlined in our Terms and Conditions or the signed service agreement. Refunds of up to 100% of the total amount paid may be granted only if all the following conditions are met:

Eligibility For Refund

To qualify for the Money-Back Guarantee, you must meet the following conditions:
  • Disclosure of Credit Score Fluctuations
  • Credit Miracles must have failed to disclose to the client (in writing and the service agreement) that credit repair services can sometimes result in temporary decreases in credit scores.
  • Timely and Full Payments
  • The client must have completed all payments outlined in the signed agreement.
  • No late payments or non-sufficient funds (NSFs) occurred during the agreement period.
  • Adherence to Credit Miracles Directions
  • The client must have followed all instructions provided by Credit Miracles in their personalized credit repair plan.
  • Time spent on excessive communication or personal meetings with the client, which reduces time allocated to credit repair, may negatively affect results and render the client ineligible for a refund.
  • On-Time Payments to Existing and New Credit Lines
  • The client must have made at least the minimum payments on time for all existing credit accounts and any new credit lines opened during the service period, regardless of whether Credit Miracles recommended them.
  • Compliance with Recommended Credit Improvement Methods
  • The client must have followed at least one of the recommended methods to improve or increase their credit score as outlined in the credit repair plan.

Requesting a Refund

  • To request a refund
  • The client must submit the request in writing to Credit Miracles.
  • Include all supporting documentation demonstrating compliance with the above conditions.
  • Once the request is received, Credit Miracles will
  • Review the request within 7-10 business days to determine eligibility for a refund.
  • Make a final decision regarding the refund amount, if any.

Refund Limitations

  • Refunds are limited to the amount paid to Credit Miracles for services rendered.
  • The decision made by Credit Miracles regarding the refund request is final and cannot be contested.
